Catullus the Whiner

Here's another translation of a poem by Catullus; in this one, he is berating himself since his lover(Lesbia) dumped him:

Wretched Catullus, you should stop acting foolishly,
and what you see and consider it lost and destroyed.
Formerly, the bright suns shone only for you,
when you kept coming where the girl was leading,
not any will be loved as much as (someone) was loved by us,
when many pleasurable things were happening in that place,
Which you were willing the girl was not unwilling
The suns truly shone bright for you.
Presently now, that girl is not willing: you also powerless, are unwilling,
And do not chase who fled, nor live wretched,
but endure with a stubborn mind, stand firm!
Be well, girl! Already Catullus stands firm.
I will neither look for you, nor ask(for you) against your will
But you will grieve, when none ask for you.
Wicked girl, curses to you! What live awaits you?
Who will aproach you now? Who will see you as pretty?
Who will love you now? To whom will you be said to belong?
Who will you kiss? Whose lips will you bite?
But you, Catullus, stand firm and obstinate!

Original Latin:

Miser Catulle, desinas ineptire,
et quod vides perisse perditum ducas.
fulsere quondam candidi tibi soles,
cum ventitabas quo puella ducebat
amata nobis quantum amabitur nulla.
ibi illa multa cum iocosa fiebant,
quae tu volebas nec puella nolebat,
fulsere vere candidi tibi soles.
nunc iam illa non vult: tu quoque impotens noli,
nec quae fugit sectare, nec miser vive,
sed obstinata mente perfer, obdura.
vale puella, iam Catullus obdurat,
nec te requiret nec rogabit invitam.
at tu dolebis, cum rogaberis nulla.
scelesta, vae te, quae tibi manet vita?
quis nunc te adibit? cui videberis bella?
quem nunc amabis? cuius esse diceris?
quem basiabis? cui labella mordebis?
at tu, Catulle, destinatus obdura.
